The company is growing rapidly, as its achievements confirm. In 2019 the AVER Brokerage team had only 9 agents. In 2020 the team already had 18 agents. The company currently has 35 certified agents registered in the brokers’ register, who work throughout Latvia and complete more than 250 transactions every year. What is a franchise?

A franchise is a business model that an organisation can choose as a business expansion strategy. When it is implemented, the franchisor licenses its knowledge, procedures, intellectual property, business model, brand and the right to sell its company’s products and services to the franchisee. In return, the franchisee pays a certain fee and agrees to comply with certain obligations, which are usually set out in the franchise agreement.
